How do the fees actually work?
Transactional delivery (retained or contingent) is charged as an agency would but with two distinct differences - notably cheaper for you, and the recruiter receives the majority of the fee. Project and embedded is costed based on transparency - you see the input costs of the recruiters and our margin
Is Fractal an agency?
No. Think of Fractal as a brokerage to give you access to experts around the globe to support your niche hiring requirements. We do not employ anyone. We identify, deploy and manage output of expert freelancers on your behalf.
What kinds of roles can you cover?
