Fractal provides technology to enable you to access jobs matched to your skills and experience, and to manage the recruitment and payments process. As you’ll not be employed by Fractal, Fractal will not be providing tools you may require in the execution of the work you undertake.

Given our reach in terms of geography, nature of client and nature of role, an average is difficult to ascertain. But as an example, if you place talent at a salary of £75,000, likely fees to a recruiter would be close to £6,250 to fill one role.

With some basic details on your experience and skills, we are in a far better place to match your expertise to customers than if we have nothing. There is no upfront commitment from your end and therefore no risk, only potential upside.

This depends on client need and your matching skills, experience and market knowledge. But our fee structure aims to make each role highly lucrative when earnt in addition to your current salary, making the value of the role as, if not more important, than the volume.

Fractal discounts its fees relative to agencies that its clients might otherwise use. This discount is usually 20%. The balance is split 50/50 between Fractal and you. We believe this is fair. Fractal sells and gets 50%. You deliver and get 50%.

No we do not. We provide recruiters with roles they can fill and pay a fee to those recruiters for the work they deliver. Most of our recruiters are either freelance, part-time or full-time employed and capable of working gigs outside of their employment.
